Daily Calorie Composition: 16% from carbs, 26% from fat and 58% from protein. 
 

Breakfast: Coffee, turkey meatballs with a lil bit of low sugar BBQ sauce and 2 hard boiled eggs
Football food: (GO Patriots!)  Seafood delight: lightly crusted (with oat bran) halibut, scallops and shrimp.  Woo hoo!

Wow - what a day.  New England Patriots schooled the Texans yet again....well OK it was a bit closer than the last time.  But I sure was a happy camper at the end of that game!

Had a hefty breakfast of eggs and meatballs lol, was super good.  And then man oh man halibut, scallops and shrimp for game time...Winner!  LOL dunno how to resize the picture... but are you jealous?!?!? :P  Can you see those awesome grill marks on the scallops? Gordon Ramsey would be so proud...hahahah!

PS I am SUPER full, most protein I have ever consumed I think, lol.

Lil nervous for weigh in tomorrow morning as today was higher calorie and sodium wise, but Dr Dukan says we can eat as much as we want from the allowed list...so lets see if it is true tomorrow:)

(Just realized I had a lil bit of roast beef too earlier in afternoon, so probably another 100-200 calories.)
