Breakfast: Coffee, chicken breast, 2 eggs. oat bran mixed with a bit of yogurt and FF and sugar free raspberry syrup
Lunch: 2 slices low sodium turkey deli meat
Dinner: chicken fajita with bell pepper and onions, starter salad with min dressing and 1.5 glasses of wine.

Whoa, major chicken day LOL.  Went to the gym today with a friend.  Was nice to go with someone and workout.  I felt like I was really trying to improve myself, which is what this is all about.  Hopefully my friend will hit the gym with me again next weekend!

Saturdays dinner with my mom in law was awesome!  That glass of wine was sooo fantastic!  Def a nice treat with great company:)

This was a football day!  YAY, too bad our team did not win.  They actually played the worst Ive seen them this season, wahh!  Anyhoo, the food day was super good tho.  Probably needed to drink a ton more liquid, but oh well.
Breakfast: steak and eggs
no lunch still full!
Dinner/football food: Zucchini boats (hamburger and salsa in zucchinis topped with a lil cheese), unbreaded buffalo chicken with light homemade blue cheese dressing, veggies and homemade light ranch dressing( again homemade)
Dessert: from the Dukan website, their cheesecake - it was not sweet at all, so I added more splenda stuff and the crust wasn't my favorite, so will do with the oat bran cookie next time:)

Lots of lil errands today and then football.  Food was really good, but need to work on Water/liquid intake lol.

Sorry these are combined and somewhat shorter, I knew this was going to be a packed weekend.  Will blog about today before bed!
