TGIF and PV Weekend

No WI on PV days:) (Friday thru Sunday Post)

Hey Gang, has been pretty hectic here, weekends always are.  I've stayed on plan and am doing well.  I left work early Friday because lil one was sick and we were getting yet ANOTHER snow storm.  Wakefield MA got 17 inches!

And Sunday up by 6 AM to get some "me" time before lil ones 8 AM soccer practice, well that's the first of the day.  LOL she isn't going to like me much, over three hours of soccer stuffs!

Friday Night we roasted some asparagus and parsnips (and potatoes for others in family) and OMG the veggies were SO good.  Everyone loved the parsnips, so of course I had to go to store and buy some more - YAY!

I'm debating if I will weigh in tomorrow morning or wait until Tuesday or if I should just do a weekly WI - like on Thursdays, the last day of the PP for the week.  Who knows.

Off to make breakfast for the family before we get crazy running all over the place today.  Take care all!  T

Dinner: Just a bite of the beef stir fry thing the hubby threw together

This morning was last PT session before my Dr appt on Monday. I CANNOT wait to get this heavy unattractive boot OFF!

I ate a ton for breakfast, the bad thing about waiting to eat until after I get to the office, especially on PT days.  By the time I got home, I was just bushed and not even the least bit hungry.  But it looked really good (hubby and lil one mixed it up) and it tasted really good, but still not hungry enough for me to eat a whole plate of it.

We are having yet another snow storm!  Not sure school will even be open tomorrow for the lil one, so I may get a day off!  Woo hoo. LOL

I didn't have my oat bran today *gasp*!  And I'm too tired tonight to mess with making a cookie lol.  Will make sure to remember for my yogurt tomorrow.

Night all!

Woot woot, under 238 again!  OK yeah I know only .2....but that does add up!  Very motivating to see the scale dropping.  I was a coffee fiend today, couldn't get enough, but the Starbucks coffee finally hit the spot, yum!

Gonna do a bit of Wii this weekend and really test out my ankle, I kinda want to know how it is truly feeling when I work it before my appt on Monday, so maybe I can have a realistic idea how its going to feel after the boot.   But really looking forward to this darn winter to be over so that the hubby and I can start walking again.  I loved the few minutes with him on those walks last year, it sometimes felt like a mini date!

The loss doesn't seem like that much when I look at it like just since January.  My husband and I were talking about my highest weight when we went to see my brother and mom in Arizona April 2011...I clocked in around 265 then (maybe a bit more because I stopped weighing myself for a while, sad huh?!?!).  And when my brother came to Boston to visit last spring (2012), I clocked in close to that at 260ish, maybe a few pounds less (I didn't note it in the log below, which is why it doesn't show it....nice lying to oneself heh?!!?).  So if we look at the big picture I'm def down some significant weight, and I have to be proud of that. Acknowledge it and use it to motivate me to keep going forward.

See one year dieting on a whole since last March.  I love the dramatic fall in January when I started the Dukan.

Last December, I went to my doctors for my annual and she basically said you are at a scary weight and your life is just going to get harder if you don't do something about it.  Yikes!  She gave me a very small goal of losing 7 lbs by April.  Her office scale had me at 253 then.  I'm pretty confident that she will be impressed when I go back April 4th.  I'm hoping for another 10 lb loss before then.  Which I think is completely manageable since the PT guy def thinks my boot will be coming off Monday!  So I will be given green light (I hope) to start adding more activity to my schedule.  That will surely help the weight loss!

So that is my mini goal.  I have an in-between goal too.  My mom and her new husband are coming to visit in July.  I don't think it is unreasonable to be at least below 210 by then.  Ultimately, I would love to be in onederland, but will take happily anything under 210!  LOL

Food choices were great today.  I haven't had anytime to bake the oat bran cookies, so have just been adding the oat bran to my yogurt.  It isn't bad like that, but I do prefer the cookie ;p

Perfect day staying on plan.  Weigh in Tuesday morning showed a drop to 238!  So proof that I can eat a lot on this diet ( I had THREE pork chops last night!) and still lose weight.  Gonna be another good day, PT this morning and I'm going to work hard and maybe burn a few extra calories and eat well.
PS I did add a lot of the fiber solution to my coffees and oat bran for my yogurt.  I believe this is a huge help in the tummy area!

I'm baaaack

CW 238.8

Ok folks, yes indeed I fell off the wagon and ate whatever the hell I wanted and drank what I wanted and did what I wanted.  I decided to get back to it on Saturday and did PP on Saturday and Sunday.  This mornings weigh in shows not that bad of a weight.  Almost to my lowest on this diet of 237.4.  I'm going back to my old schedule of M-TH as PP days and F-Sun as PV days.  I think I am refreshed and reinvigorated to make this happen!  Will post food stats etc later this evening.

PS I'm still in the damn boot for my Achilles tendinitis!  I go back next Monday for a check up, and I have been doing PT twice a week.  Which, I didn't really think it would do anything but I feel like I'm mildly optimistic that I'm def on the road to recovery.  My hesitation is that I have been in this boot constantly, so real test will be when I'm on my ankle all day, will it hurt?!

Take care all and thanks for hanging with me!

Ugh, auuugh, Ugh!

OK so this weekend was not the best, no idea what my problem is.  I've gotten to this point in other weight loss journeys and I cant get below!  Sigh. Need to figure out what my mental reason is for stopping.

On plan today, so far.  Will blog some more tomorrow as I try and answer my internal questions so I can move forward.

Hang in there with me!

Ok so the badness of the weekend has caught up with me, ugh. up again. But not gonna hold too much to it and just move forward.  Made really smart decisions today and will keep going.

Had another session of PT this morning and he did harder exercises with me, and wow it hurt.  But amazingly after the ice pack, my ankle has been super fine today.  I really honestly feel like I am finally healing!

This afternoon, one of my tasks at work required to read a LOT.  And honestly, I was getting sleepy time, so I did 5 sets of shadow boxing (20 sec each with 10 sec break) and then 2 sets of 10 leg lifts for each leg.  I'm positive that burned some nice calories!

And because I had PT, I am working later, which means home later, which means I'm beat.  Probably to bed at a decent hour tonight.

Hope all is going well with my readers!

Yikes - Vday extended Celebrations

CW- 237.6  (WOWOWOW)

Considering how bad and off plan I have been since Thursday night, I'm truly amazed at that number!  Going to take it with grain of salt tho, because last night I had fried badness....so it may not be showing up on the scale yet.

Our Valentines Day date night was a huge success, one of the best dates EVER with my husband.  We had so much fun that we both called in a personal day on Friday and extended it! ;p  And I was staying sorta on food plan until yesterday and caved in and had blueberry pancakes, subway sandwich and ugh clam strips, fries and onion rings....ugh ugh ugh!  Most of that food settled ok, but the last the dinner, that made my body ache and I felt so damn awful for giving in. And my tummy is def letting me know about it this morning!

So, going to hit a mini attack, at least 5-7 days.  No more alcohol - at least not for a long time.

Today I am home with lil one since she is on school vacation, so we are going to clean house, laundry etc this morning.  Then I may take her to get a pedi/manicure this afternoon.

Take care all, remember we all falter, we all give in at some points.  Some bigger then others, but the question is....what are you going to do now?!?!!?

Had my second session of PT this morning.  Was somewhat painful but then ended on a good note.  Last time my pt guy electrocuted me (overreaction? slightly) and this time took out these knife like (dull albeit) tools and dug in and then beamed me with lasers....I think he likes his toys!  Over all though my ankle is feeling pretty ok, but then again I am still in the boot.  So I guess the real test will be when I am out of the boot and done with PT.  My dreams of using the hospital stairs as my personal gym will be fulfilled!  *blinks rapidly* Ok back to reality!

Food: doing great here.  Love the PP days, how odd is that.  I mean I do love veggies, but on PP days I dont have to think too much about what I am packing for lunch/breakfast etc.  And that makes it easy for me, easy is good in my busy schedule:)  Oh and finally back to logging food in Fitbit.  While food wise this last weekend I was on plan, I just didn't have the gumption to log everything, even tho seeing the stats excites me!  Wow, I'm sounding like a nerd today! (yikes on the fat content today, so not dukan but at least carbs are low!)

Ok moving on, Vday plans are in motion!!  My hubby and I plan on feeding kids early, and sending to bed, then I'll change (think cute sexy short black/white dress) with heels (um, no boot for this, pray I don't trip ;p), making some steaks, asparagus, and baked potato for him.  Romantic music and candles, and awwwww dinner date @ home:)

Super long day, as I had to stay late to make up the time missed for PT guy to play with my ankle. So its almost 8 pm and I'm just home and gonna eat a bit, watch a bit of the tube and then I am crashing.

Cruise Phase Day 39-42- PV

Hey there, so sorry lack of posting this weekend.  New England got slammed with almost 3 feet of snow this weekend.  Was just amazing to see it keep piling up and up and up.  Took my husband many hours to dig our cars out.

So did I stick with Dukan over the weekend....pretty much....yes.  I did have a few gin and tonics and maybe some wine too ;p  Am I upset about it,beating myself up, telling myself what a loser I am?  Nope not one bit.  I did get on the scale this morning and I am exactly the same.  I wont get on scale again until Thursday morning.  Seriously doubt I will see the three pound drop I was hoping for, but I am ok with that.

I did do some stretches/yoga/Wii fit plus games this weekend.  And Hubby and I played some board games.  Over all, good family time this weekend.

I'll start again tomorrow with the food journal etc.  But at work today and will probably be a longer than this morning commute home, so to bed early.

Take care all!

PS what are your plans with your special people for Valentine's day?!

Lunch: baked chicken breast 2x with jalapeno mustard and horseradish
Dinner: diet cola chicken and 2 eggs and some turkey meatballs
OK per advice of a fellow dukaner, I am cutting dairy significantly today and probably tomorrow as well. Only having the skim milk in my coffee and the two tablespoons required to make the gallette. I will weigh in tomorrow morning, but I wont on PV days, which are still Fri-Sun.  And I did an amazing 100 ounces of liquid yesterday (tea, coffee, lots of water) so am going to attempt to do that again today.
Sonia also pointed out what I was noticing too, that my sodium intake is ridiculous!  Going to have to work on keeping it at least below 2500 mg, we will see.  Hopefully those three things will help move stuffs along at a maybe quicker pace.  I have some 18 pants that I can zip/button up, but still a lil too tight to wear comfortably at work.  How exciting is that!?!?!!?
I am thrilled wtih being in the 30s, but again, I looked at myself in the mirror this morning and I just dont see it.  Maybe I will when I hit 20 lbs lost?!?!  Or maybe I just wont ever see it.....

Had my first session of PT today - ankle was already in excrutiating pain and it did not feel well during session.  But at the end he did this electrical pulse thingy that actually numbed it very nicely for about an hour.  Enough for my commute home:)

Was super hungry tonight so after dinner baked up some turkey meatballs as a snack, yummo!  Dipped them in mustard and some in horseradish.  Boston is supposed to get a wicked blizzard tomorrow so heading into work super early so i can leave in time get trans home.  Not looking forward to it in the boot LOL.

(sorry for delay posting, went to bed and forgot to publish!)

Dinner: ground beef patty
Dessert: a concoction of plain yogurt, ff/sf chocolate pudding and a bit of ff cream cheese - yummo! and a cup of espresso:)

My coworker is soooo good to me, she brought me some lovely large shrimps to share as a snack this morning.  MMMMM - so good, and so low in fat and super high in protein, but expensive, which is why this was such a lovely treat!  THANK YOU!

Kinda mad about the scale this morning, but I wont focus on it and just look for good news tomorrow right?!?!  I WILL hit a new decade (go from 40's to 30's) this week dagnabbit!  I did leg lifts at my desk this morning and some shadow boxing...should prob close my door next time so I don't have to keep stopping whenever someone passes by LOL!

I know I said I would do the Wii a bit this week, but haven't yet.  Thinking will start small and do like 15 or so min a couple mornings a week (still in boot remember).  Once boot is off (March 11th!) then I will commit to do more, maybe Jillian's 30 day shred like 3x a week. I know from past experience that along with diet, exercise is key to losing weight for me.

I've talked with my mom and sister via text and email this week and really had to bite my tongue not to tell of success I have had on this diet so far.  But I am hanging in for the element of surprise!  :)

I did really good food wise today. This weekend I will make a few different flavored batches of the oat bran cookies. They freeze really well and I put them in individual serving sizes in baggies and then in morning plop in toaster. Love the crunch on the outside! Will let you know how my experiment pans out!

Tonight was craving chocolate, so had some sf/ff chocolate pudding and mixed it with the ff yogurt and a bit of cream cheese, it was thick and decadent!  Will def be making this again!

Wonder if there are any other Dukaners out there having success?  I would love to hear from you!

Late afternoon I was craving a snack, not really hungry but was wanting something.  Unfortunately, I had eaten everything I had brought!  The salmon was scrumptious this morning, although a bit salty!

I think I am getting a pretty good routine down with this diet, so that is good news.  And I think my tummy situation is back to normal now that I have the oat bran and fiber solution.  Will jump on the scale in the morning.  Been a long day at work, so hitting the sack early.

Pork recipe was found on a dukan forum, posting recipe and possible pic on recipe page:)

Didn't make it out yesterday to get my 10 lbs reward of an eyebrow waxing.. .maybe will get to it this weekend!

I am very full today, that's what I love about this diet, I am never ever hungry!  And if I am, I can simply go get something to eat.  There is no deprivation on this diet, but the list of what you can eat is somewhat short.  Oh well, its working ok for me for now.  And hubby and I do get pretty creative with dinners!

I love salmon, but the rest of family doesn't really care for it, so I don't get it very often.  Especially since we aren't going out to eat lately, mostly because of my diet.  Well, on one of the forums I found a smoked salmon frittata and I splurged this weekend and got some to make it!  Think I will tomorrow morning before work, I'm so excited!  LOL - I know kinda dorky;/

I meant to bring a couple bags of tea to work today, but I forgot and now I'm craving it!  I'm also craving (weirdly) asparagus today, but today is PP day so will have it Friday night heh!?!  Yes!

Verdict on the Dukan custard, pretty good, but like all custards, its pretty "eggy" tasting....doih!  Will look and see what other desserts I can make, that don't use the oat bran, well I like my "cookie" in the morning!  Ohhhh, but I did try the gallette yesterday, and I did like it....even hubby had one and said it was alright.

Hi5! for me staying away from the wine and gin tonight!  I can do this!

Take care all:) Tricia

Was a pretty good day today, grocery shopping, big breakfast cooking, laundry done (finally) and the Super Bowl.  I'm writing this mid morning so will report later on my thoughts on the game!

Grocery store was somewhat of a challenge with the big honkin boot!  But we were there super early (to avoid the super bowl last min shoppers!)  Think we will def try to make it early next time as it is so much more enjoyable without the aisle traffic jams! LOL....although in line some pushy woman was literally trying to push me out of the check out with her cart.  I nudged back a bit thinking maybe she didn't know she was on top of me with it, but she KEPT PUSHING!  Grrrrr.

Later: Game was a bust, well so far.  There was a frickin 30 min delay because the lights went out!  I work tomorrow so cannot stay up late just to watch a game when my team isnt even in it!

OK, I'm getting a bit carried away with the gin and tonics!  I vow to steer clear of them for a few weeks!  And carbs are pretty high, scared to see what the scale will tell me tomorrow.  Oh well, in this for the long haul right!

Today was a good day.  Nice and relaxing.  Hubby and I did a bit of the Wii, dinner at my mother in laws.  Nice call from my brother, he has wedding date set ...finally:)  So darn happy for him.  I haven't told my mother, sister or brother that I am on the diet.  They live across the country and I rarely get to see them:(  So kinda hoping for a big surprise when I do.  Its been many years since I haven't been obese and while they love me unconditionally (as my husband does), I still would like to see the welcome surprise on their faces!  My mother and her husband are supposed to visit in July, while I hope to be almost done losing weight by then, I think I would be just thrilled to be at least in onerderland by then!

Tomorrow is the super bowl.  And usually for football and especially the big game I like to have a big spread.  But i think this year since my team is not in it, we will just do a normal dinner plan, and maybe some special dessert, like a custard or the dukan cheese cake.  I cant decide.

I did a no no and didn't wear the boot today, but my activity was so minuscule I don't think it mattered much.  Will def wear tomorrow.

I feel bad because hubby wanted to go see a friend of his play tonight after dinner at mom's and I was too bushed to join him.  he went, and I'm glad he did.  He deserves a lil time out with the boys.....oh he called must be some sort of mix up because his friends aren't playing....sad.  He needs more guys night outs!

Well tomorrow is a super busy day, so heading to bed.  Take care all!

I got my huge order of oat bran last night, yay!  Made cookies for hubby and I for dessert, super yummy.  had the last two (one has one tablespoon of oat bran) this morning as a cookie sandwich with ff cream cheese.  So yummy.  I ran out of my fiber and oat bran, hence why I think tummy is not on schedule.  But I found another bottle of the fiber in my cupboard this morning, so hopefully that and the oat bran will get me back on track.

Yikes, woke up with a lil wine headache this morning, booooooo!  LOL, but it is gone now.

Hubby got the Wii set back up with our new TV, so we are going to play on that tonight.  Very excited, we used to do it a lot more before we got cable, so I'm looking forward to it for sure! Plus, I plan on doing some of the exercises on the Wii Fit Plus - whatever I can tolerate with my ankle.
Was a hectic day at work, huge monthly meeting coming up on Monday and I have to do all the prep work for it.  Things always change last min so I try to be as prepared as I can.

Ok yes, I am skipping over the drinks....they are no carb tho. and no sugar...so technically they should be allowed!!!!  I haven't had a gin and tonic in ages....so refreshing!

PS did you notice the background change....Happy Love Month!  LOL

Sorry day late - had PC weird issues yesterday.  Hopefully all set now!

Afternoon Snack: ff cottage cheese
Dinner: beef and broccoli (minus the broccoli for me!), wine and oat bran cookie with a lil cream cheese

Oh my lordy I may be in the 30s tomorrow!!!!!!!!!  WOW - such high emotions there.  The lowest my hubby has ever seen me is 236, and if I keep going like this, he will see me lower than that in February!  WOWOWWOOWW.

As I look over the last month, I have def had some highs and lows.  But overall, this diet is working for me and I am super pleased with the results so far.  So much so that I am VERY motivated to keep going and going.  I think I would be happy with an average of 10 lbs a month.  that seems very doable, at least in the beginning because I do have so far to go.

My walking/stairs is now on hold as I was put back into a boot for six weeks.  I'll be doing PT once a week too, but lets cross fingers that this solves the problem and I can get back too it!  I have decided to do light yoga, stretches etc (what is tolerable) on my Wii Fit Plus - prob starting this weekend.  And sometimes, don't laugh, I do a bit of shadow boxing at my desk at work and maybe some leg lifts, arm curls (with water bottle) etc.  Every bit counts right?!?!?

Lately, Ive been having a cup of tea before bed, dunno if it is helping things move along but my bladder sure has been more active lately!!!  I went #1 four times from the time I got up till I left the house!  And I think twice in the middle of the night!  Sheesh!

No tea tonight as I had wine craving and succumbed.  I'm ok with it.

Another note, while I'm the lowest Ive been in a few years, I just don't feel it.  I still fill like a super obese woman...maybe that will change with a few more pounds lost?

Cruise Phase - Catch up:)

Loss: 2 lb
Total: 11.1 lbs
CW: 240.8 lbs

YAY, PC is back and fixed!  Wonderful hubby even connected it back up tonight before he left for appts - he so rocks!

I've been doing good, staying on point!  Mon-Thurs is still PP days and I think so far this is working best for me.  I am checking my weight each day and again the awesome hubby is working on a data sheet so we can analyze it all.

I've had some cravings lately for baked goods, its probably because I am out of oat bran and not having my cookie/bars.  I did order 6 large 32 oz bags off amazon so they should be here tomorrow.  Which also might be why I am a lil um bloated....not feeling like everything is releasing in the mornings.....

Not much else to report on.  Will start up again with the daily logs and calories etc.  But for now, that's it....going to eat my lean ground beef, drink my tea and read for a bit till everyone comes home.

Till tomorrow,
Tricia

EDIT: Did you notice I made my first 10 lb goal - WOOT WOOT!  Gonna get eyebrows waxed this weekend:)

Our PC at home took a dive and it is in the repair shop.  I will keep track of info and make one long blog to catch up once it is back.  I'm still on track and doing the Dukan.  Will touch base again hopefully by friday!

Take care,
Tricia

If you noticed, no oat bran today.  1. because I am low and 2. because the meatloaf my mother in law made (super yummy!) has bread crumbs in it.  So hopefully, it all balances out.

As you can see I did weigh myself this morning, its not official but like I said we are going to try and track all this to see my rhythm.

Breakfast filled me up so much that I wasn't hungry until about 330 this afternoon, so skipped lunch:)

Its late and I was up way too early this morning, so g'night all!

Lunch: spinach salad with left over chicken from last night
Dinner: baked chicken with a lil bit of ranch dressing powder mix, butternut squash chili soup and WINE - ugh

Ok so yes I should be thrilled, that is a loss from last Friday, yay.....really tho, really!  I'm still at 243.4....seriously!  Its been two weeks on the Cruise Phase and I have NOT moved below the total 8.9 lbs I had lost then!  GRRRRR.  Seriously not happy.  I'm going to keep going, but geez, fat cells cease and desist and move the frick on!

About to go to bed and I confess I had a few glasses of wine tonight. So not on plan but right at this moment I really don't care.  My ankle was killing me after only doing 4 flights of stairs. Ibuprofen did absolutely nothing for it.

I initially didn't think this diet was hard.  Food wise, it isn't, but mentally after that initial high of the first phase, yes this is hard to hang tight to see the scales fall in their own time.  So tomorrow, back on board.  Hubby and I, well hubby, made up a spread sheet, so hopefully we can collect data and see where and if certain foods, water intake etc effect the weight loss curve.  Geez, I'm tired, dunno if explaining right. But basically, going to start weighing each day. And as we gather data I will take away dairy, or lower fat significantly, or lower or raise fluid intake (water, tea, coffee) and see where my personal weight loss optimization is.

Bummed I didn't have will power to tell myself no to wine tonight, but will get back on the wagon tomorrow.  Embarrassed I'm having to write this, but tomorrow is a new day. Night all!

Breakfast: Coffee, turkey sausage and quarter cup egg beaters and one whole egg, oat bran cookie with a lil bit of cream cheese
Lunch: ground beef with salsa and ff sour cream
Dinner: roasted chicken
Dessert: Pistachio pudding (ff and sugar free)

Dinner was soooo good! We seasoned skinless chicken breasts with lemon pepper, lil salt and paprika, yum! And the ff pudding is in the fridge setting now.  Looking forward to that treat!  I've read some people mix a bit of the pudding mixed with their plain yogurt, I may have to try that!

My afternoon was actually pretty busy, so didn't remember/have time for my afternoon snack.  I'm ok with that:)  And I ate lunch a bit earlier and wasn't starving when I left work, yay!

I had my second appt for acupuncture, was so relaxing I actually snoozed I think.  Not sure what to call it. I closed my eyes, breathing deeply and then heard myself snoring a bit!!!  But I wasn't asleep, how strange!  And the gal felt my pulse before the start of the treatment and asked if I was tired.  I said yes, how did you know, she said my pulse told her!  Creepy! LOL and they look at your tongue every visit.  I want to learn more about this!  But anyhoo, at the appt she "needled" me for a boost of energy and it WORKED all day.  PS she didn't tell me until I was leaving and I was feeling like I was slightly bouncing off the walls.

Weigh in is tomorrow and I am super anxious about it.  I know that this diet will work for me, so I'm trying to be positive and not "care" what the scale says.  But I know me and the number on the scale will ALWAYS affect me:(  Gonna try for a good nights sleep.

AND one more note, I did some chair exercises that I found online at work today.  Nothing extreme, just did a few sets.  But I felt good after.  I even think I will look up one of those mini peddlers to put under my desk!  At least keep circulation going through my legs.  OH and I found a place that is on the way home in my commute to do some PT.  Talked with a PT there for a few this afternoon and feel good about it.  Hopefully that helps so I can do more walking, stairs, etc.

Take care all and be good to yourself!

Snack: Turkey deli meat with a lil cream cheese
Dinner: bbq meatloaf (minus the bread crumbs for me)

Ok so this may be TMI, but I did not weigh as I thought I would to sneak a peek because I didn't have my regular....movement this morning.  So will just have to wait until Friday, crossing fingers its a big loss!  Did you see that liquid/water intake, yay!  That's almost 13 cups!  I'm surprised I'm not living in the bathroom right now.  Although I will probably be up a few times tonight, flushing out!  LOL

And I didn't sleep well at all last night, so hitting the sack soon to try and catch up a bit.  Fat is super high, ugh!  I guess that is the trade off when you lower your carbs.  I've read about a "White Dukan" day that I may try to incorporate once a week.  You only eat lean white meat, IE chicken, fish, seafood and egg whites.  Nothing else.  I bet that would be a lower fat intake!

Nothing much else to report.  Feeling good that I'm sticking to this.  Hubby had chocolate tonight and asked if it bothered me.....honestly not at all.  I'm good.  However, I forgot to mention that the mother in law had corn chips for everyone else last weekend for fajita night.  Now THAT was hard.  I kept having to tell myself I could not just have ONE.....I knew better that I wouldn't be able to stop at ONE!  Lil victories ppl, lil victories!  they add up....g'night:)
