Breakfast: Coffee, egg beater omelet with deli turkey meat and a tbls of ff cream cheese
Morning Snack: FF Cottage cheese and Starbucks Skinny Caramel Latte (made with skim milk and sugar free caramel syrup...yummo!)
Lunch: canadian bacon, cream cheese, can of tuna with a splash of balsamic vinegar
Afternoon snack: none
Dinner: ground beef with egg beaters with a lil cream cheese....breakfast for dinner yum!

Yahoo on that weight loss today!  I'm feeling pretty happy about that! 

On the other hand, I am still pretty tired.  Its 830 PM and I am ready for bed on a Friday night lol.  Plus, it is the first friday in a looooong time that I am not drinking.  Probably a good thing:)
