Attack Revamp

Total lost since January 1st: 14.5 lbs


Breakfast: Coffee, gallette, turkey deli meat (oscar meyer is actually one of the lowest is sodium...who knew!), cheese
Lunch: salmon filet with dill, lil salt and pepper, turkey meat balls and ff cottage cheese
Dinner: piri piri chicken


(forgot to write more last night, but overall good day) will write more today ;p
